Here’s your Sunday fare:

‣ Blues-rock supergroup the Rides [pictured], featuring Stephen Stills, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg, make their debut on Sunday at the annual 88.5-FM KCSN/Los Angeles’ Benefit Concert at the Valley Performing Arts Center. Lucinda Williams and LP also perform. Tickets are still available.
‣ The second installment of HARD Day of the Dead, with Deadmau5, Pretty Lights, Calvin Harris and many more, goes off at the Los Angeles State Historic Park.
Deep Cotton [whom we told you about on Friday] joins up with the Zig Zags for a show at the Bootleg Theater.
‣ And at the Observatory in Orange County, there’s a special event celebrating the life of concert photographer Andrew Youssef, who for the past two years has been battling colon cancer. You should read his story here. He had been writing columns for OC Weekly about his experience as well. It’s free and starts at 7 p.m. – Big Black Delta and Nightmare Air will perform.
