Portland’s Dan Vidmar — dba Shy Girls — cast a spell on the crowd at the Echo on Wednesday night, sharing tunes from his year-and-a-half-old EP “Timeshare” and the new mixtape he released earlier this year. Backed by a trio of multi-instrumentalists, his evocative vocals made for a seductive cocktail of soulful electro-pop.
