â–º TV on the Radio visits the Hollywood Palladium behind their acclaimed album “Seeds,” their first in more than three years.
â–º It’s Maroon 5 at the Forum.
â–º Kitten does the first of two nights at the Troubadour, supported on this one by Dear Boy, Mirror Talk and the Aquadolls at the Troubadour
â–º Andy Grammer and Alex & Sierra bring their co-headlining tour to the House of Blues. Above, Grammer’s crowd-sourced video for “Honey, I’m Good.”
â–º She had to postone Thursday night’s show in Newport Beach because of problems with her voice, but singer Nikka Costa is scheduled to play the Roxy tonight, supported by New Beat Fun.
â–º Kera & the Lesbians head up a big night at the Echo, along with Winter, Isaac Rother & the Phantoms and Sad Girl.
â–º Sibling trio Kitty, Daisy & Lewis headline the El Rey Theatre, supported by Gemma Ray.
â–º L.A.-via-New England trio Mercies celebrate the release of their album “Blue Against Green” with a show at the Satellite, joined by AMFMS and Western Scene.
â–º Strong local lineup at the Silverlake Lounge, with Nacosta, Hobart W Fink, Vinylgraph, LA River Bend and Cherch (of the Bottom Dollars).
â–º Maxim Ludwig [see the “All My Nightmares” video] holds forth at the Lyric Theatre, supported by Paige Stark and Wyndham.
â–º At the Bootleg HiFi, it’s Chicago-based funk outfit the Main Squeeze, supported by the Urban Renewal Project and Jacle Bow.
â–º And if you’re gonna miss Coachella but want to hear some of the music, indie cover band Black Crystal Wolf Kids are doing their annual Coachella tribute at Molly Malone’s, playing songs from artists who are playing next week’s festival.
