Theophilus London is riding a wave of hype surrounding his new album “Vibes,” executive-produced by Kanye West, and his collaboration on the new West track “All Day.” The Trinidad-born, Brooklyn-based genre-hopper did his best to back it up Monday night with a messy but energetic show at the Echoplex. However he sounded and whatever he did, London looked good doing it, even in the dim lights of the club. Father supported.
