Detroit-bred, L.A.-based electro-R&B singer JMSN will headline the March 6 installment of the Natural History Museum’s First Fridays series (which kicks off its 2015 season this week with Robert DeLong, Tom Vek and Quitapenas).

JMSN, the nom de tune of songwriter-producer Christian Berishaj, in December released his latest full-length, “The Blue Album.” StarRo, the solo project of L.A.-based Japanese songwriter-producer Shinya Mizoguchi will open the March 6 show. Tickets are $18 for non-members; the theme for this year’s First Fridays series (which also includes museum tours and discussions) is “Do-It-yourself Science”).
