‣ Another benefit at the El Rey Theatre – Lord Huron headlines a show for the David Lynch Foundation, with Escondido opening.
Tijuana Panthers head up the the lineup for It’s a School Night at Bardot – which features the L.A. debut of the Nick Waterhouse-produced London quartet Hidden Charms, along with Sean Watkins of Nickel Creek and the Eagle Rock Gospel Singers.
‣ And December’s great residencies rage on – Girlpool at the Echo (with So Many Wizards, L.A. Takedown and Arjuna Genome); Kissing Cousins at the Satellite (with Dekades, the Breakups and Light FM); the Black & the White at the Bootleg HiFi (with Mount Saint, the Rebel Light and Little Child Man); and the Sunset Drifters at the Silverlake Lounge (with Drover Shy, the Trifles, Sunken Ships and Swarming Orchids).
