“Just don’t freak out,” the Lonely Wild sings as they trade in tears for holiday cheer albeit the effort doesn’t last for long. The John Lange video doesn’t stick with the sugar coating to portray the peppermint and cinnamon-filled season. Instead, there are two stories here, one that is internal and the other that is external. Among the drinks, gifts, and costumes, it seems that both stories lead to one ending. “Holidays” follows up the Lonely Wild’s “The Sun As It Comes.” Their sophomore album “Chasing White Light” is slated for a release next year.
