Playing with old and current members of the Happy Hollows at Buzz Bands LA’s stage for Echo Park Rising on Saturday, Sarah Negahdari announced the band is currently in the studio making a third album. However, she wasn’t there to promote the beloved trio she usually fronts with wild yelps and unrestrained guitar-tapping. It was time for Negahdari’s softer solo project Pisces to shine, and so it did with adoring fans up close and personal as if it were story time. Pisces now has a video to accompany the charmingly mystic “Being With You.” Directed by Karri Bowman and Jacquelinne Cingolani (aka Otto), it’s full of warm home video-like filters, water splashes, random glow stick showers and smiles. It’s cheerful, sweet and appropriately enchanting.
