Set times have been announced for the second weekend of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, as promoters tweaked a lot of the start times. On Friday, for instance, most of the set times on both the Main Stage and the Outdoor Theatre have been bumped up (maybe Outkast won’t have to shorten their set this time, right?).  Saturday’s and Sunday’s times remain virtually unchanged. New to the schedule the second week: KAB and Alf Alpha on Friday and Juicevan on Sunday, all playing early slots. Enjoy:
