Who: The Preatures at the Main Stage
In 3 Or Fewer Words:  Morning mass appeal
Memorable Because: Front woman Isabella Manfredi hopped, skipped and swiveled through a wave of buzz onto the Coachella Main Stage, shattering the glass hearts of a formidable early day turnout. The annual festival in Indio is a pilgrimage for acolytes of Hynde and Harry, but the Preatures surpassed expectations. The songs you might know (“Better Than It Ever Could Be,” “Is This How You Feel?”) were the best ones, but the Aussie quintet was consistently captivating. After, one attendee exclaimed “She was singing directly to me the whole time!” Know the feeling.
What I’d Tell The Campers Sleeping In Their Tents:  Coachella costs $9.26 per hour of music. Get your money’s worth and get in the gates.
