The Echoplex was packed for Angel Olsen’s show on Sunday night, the Oscars be damned. And the St. Louis-bred, Chicago-based singer-songwriter gave a performance worthy of a statuette, (almost) silencing the big crowd with tunes almost exclusively from her new album “Burn Your Fire for No Witness.” The L.A.
