Black Hi-Lighter added to lineup for Chinatown Moon Festival, headlined by Kan Wakan on Sept. 21

Glammy rockers Black Hi-Lighter have been added to the lineup for the 75th annual Chinatown Mid-Autumn Moon Festival on Saturday, Sept. 21. (Spirit Vine had to bow out of the event, but you can catch them at their Satellite residency in October.)

The free, all-ages event will be headlined by Kan Wakan and also boasts performances by the Little Ones, Body Parts, Avid Dancer, Northern American and Victory on the LA Weekly Live Music Stage, opposite the Grand Star Jazz Club just south of Chinatown’s Central Plaza. There is a host of cultural events, art and artisan installations, culinary displays and family activities celebrating Chinatown’s 75th anniversary. The live music kicks off at 5 p.m.
