Video: GRMLN, ‘Teenage Rhythm’

Yoodoo Park – who does business as GRMLN – and his debut album “Empire” have everything a guitar-loving, power-pop fan could want, and now he’s got a video to match the high energy of his latest single “Teenage Rhythm.” The anthem for punks of all kinds gets a similar treatment most garage-centric music videos have. All the elements are there: Detention, trespassing, beer, house parties, a live band and some roughhousing. However, the Tim Hendrix-directed video includes an unlikely cast. “Empire” is out now via Carpark Records.
