Australian rock quartet the Jezabels, who were about to embark on a U.S. tour behind their sophomore album “the Brink,” have postponed their those dates, including a show that was scheduled for Wednesday night at the El Rey Theatre. An exact reason was not given, but in a post on the band’s Facebook page, they said:

“To all of our amazing fans and supporters in North America. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are being forced to postpone our upcoming U.S. and Canadian tour dates, set to start this Wednesday in Los Angeles. Be assured, we are working hard to reschedule the shows to take place in June and will update everyone as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to keep the shows in their original venues, so please hold on to your tickets for now. Once we finalize the new tour dates, we will post complete details as well as instructions for those seeking refunds.”
