Los Lobos 31

The Levitt Pavilions have announced their typically genre-spanning lineups for their free summer concert series — more than 100 shows in all at the outdoor theaters located in Pasadena Memorial Park and MacArthur Park in L.A., respectively.

Los Lobos [pictured May 5 at the Regent Theater), Pete Escovedo Orchestra Featuring Sheila E., Griffin House, Frankie Avalon, Mariachi Divas, Rita Coolidge, Bruce Cockburn, Leftover Cuties, Karsh Kale, Salvador Santana, Run River North, Barbara Morrison, Afro Funke’, Judy Collins, Dub Club Reggae Show, Karla Bonoff, Stooges Brass Band and Whiskey Shivers are among the highlights of the 2015 schedule, which brings Latin, jazz, pop, Americana, hip-hop and all the eclectic variants in between (along with children’s shows) to their festival-like settings.

The Friday and Saturday shows start at 8 p.m., with the kids’ programming starting at 7 on Thursdays in Pasadena and 6:30 on Sundays at MacArthur Park. At all shows, there will be food trucks, community outreach and family activities.
