Twin Shadow drummer Andy Bauer remains hospitalized in serious condition, and Twin Shadow himself — George Lewis Jr. — is facing reconstructive hand surgery after a tour bus accident on I-70 near Denver on Friday morning.
New reports said 12 people were injured on the fog-covered highway in the four-vehicle accident, which also involved a semi-trailer and the tour bus of another band, Thompson Square. Along with Bauer, Twin Shadow’s bus driver John Crawford is also hospitalized in serious condition, according to a statement released by the band.
Twin Shadow are postponing tour dates scheduled through the end of May, including an April 30 show at the Fonda Theatre.
