@KRBronson recommends: Twenty-one years after their first album — which had the radio hit “My Sister” — the Juliana Hatfield Three reunited to make a second. Old fans will not be disappointed. “Whatever, My Love” is a tart, punky collection that sounds as fresh as the trio did in Hatfield’s post-Blake Babies days. They play the Roxy tonight.

@Seraphina_L recommends: You get a double dose of Tweedy this week… and there’s two-fold meaning to that. Wilco‘s Jeff Tweedy and son, drummer Spencer Tweedy perform together simply as Tweedy. They perform at the Ace Hotel Theatre on Saturday and Sunday, and Eleanor Friedberger opens both nights.
