Superb songcraft was in abundance on Saturday night at the Echo, where singer-songwriter Kevin Morby headlined a sold-out show behind his new album “Still Life,” his second solo effort. Morby fronted a three-piece, and his bittersweet psych-folk capped a night that featured a dazzling turn from Jessica Pratt, performing songs from her album “On Your Own Love Again,” and an opening set from Matt Kivel, doing tunes from last year’s release “Days of Being Wild.”
