Pinback is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the release of their album “Summer in Abaddon.” The San Diegans’ tour brings them to the El Rey Theatre, where they’re joined by Tera Melos.
‣ Portland’s Blitzen Trapper hits the Troubadour behind their new album, “VII” – get there early for Cassorla and Runaway Saints.
‣ At the Roxy Theatre, it’s a night with Ben Kweller, supported by Holiday Mountain and Blue Blazer.
The War On Drugs and Cass McCombs do a second sold-out night at the Fonda Theatre.
Baauer, Boys Noize and Spank Rock throw a party at Club Nokia.
