‣ Indie-rock quartet LA Font kicks off its residency at the Satellite, supported by the Black & the White, Fim and Lime Cordiale.
‣ At the Bootleg, it’s residents Hi Ho Silver Oh, along with Fellow Bohemian, Cassorla and Rainman.
Corners [pictured] kick off a month-long run of fun at the Echo, supported by Dirt Dress, Froth and Drinking Flowers.
‣ And this just in – O.C.-bred quintet the Bolts have something new at their Silverlake Lounge residency kicking off tonight: a new name. Henceforth they will be known as Island Apollo.
‣ At It’s a School Night at Bardot, it’s Zak Waters, along with All the Colours, Vulkano and Oscar Key Sung.
‣ Oh, and Cher plays Staples Center.
