Katie Herzig-Heidi Ross‣ Nashville-based singer-songwriter Katie Herzig has a new album out today. It’s called “Walk Through Walls,” and the Colorado-bred songstress, who’s featured on the RAC single “We Belong,” plays the Troubadour tonight in celebration of the release. Amy Stroup opens.
‣ Six-time Grammy winner Ziggy Marley visits Club Nokia, supported by Chali 2na.
Foster the People, whose second album “Supermodel” came out in March, warm up for Coachella by playing a gig at the Fox Theater Pomona.
Sierra Swan plays the Hotel Café (the show will be taped as well) behind her new album “Good Soldier.” Also at the Cahuenga Boulevard venue tonight: Boys School, DA & the Jones, Heather Porcaro and Shayne Blue.
Great White Buffalo rocks the Viper Room, supported by Young Creatures.
‣ And Pop Shop West goes off at the Echo, headed up by U.K. indie-pop artists Summer Camp and Fenech-Soler. Get there early for the Mercy Beat [see our March post on them].
