‣ The Echoplex hosts “We All Join Hands,” a benefit concert for Richard Gowen with some remarkable guests. Proceeds from the show will go to held defray recent medical expenses incurred by Gowen, who’s drummed for Jonathan Wilson, Robert Francis and many more. The lineup features Dawes [pictured], Nick Waterhouse, Allah-Las, Pink Mountaintops, Neal Casal, the Tyde, Robert Francis and Pearl Charles & the Pipes Canyon Band.
‣ Club Nokia also hosts a benefit concert; “Concert for the Philippines” proceeds will go to Music for Relief’s Typhoon Relief. The night’s lineup features Linkin Park, the Offspring, Bad Religion and special guests.
‣ Over at the satellite, Denver’s Tennis headlines a sold-out show in support of their new “Small Sound” EP. Seattle-based quartet Poor Moon opens.
‣ And the Troubadour has a full night with the Moonbeams, Them Guns, Against the Ordinary, My Brothers and Mike Kijanski.
