Buzz Bands LA Show, today at 11 on Indie FM

IndependentFM-squareIf I put together a playlist of all the local bands performing this weekend, it’d be about six hours long. Alas, the Buzz Bands LA Show has but two hours today, so join me at 11 a.m. on The Independent FM for a sampling of the weekend wares – from bands playing Chinatown Summer Nights on Saturday night to artists playing Echo Park Rising all weekend. I’ll have a special little salute to the Henry Clay People, playing their final show on Saturday; a taste of Echo Park Rising’s Buzz Bands LA/White Iris Record stage; and new music from the Dead Ships, Gangplans, Jonathan Dilin, Distant Cousins, Daniel Ahearn & the Jones, Madi Diaz and Jutty Ranx. Fun times in a fast two hours.
