A more eclectic lineup you would be hard-pressed to find: The Quick Hellos, 7Horse, Frankel and Jack Burnside join the fun on Dec. 13 at Buzz Bands LA’s SecondTuesday songwriter night at Lot 1 Cafe in Echo Park.

The Quick Hellos’ acoustic set will come courtesy of ukulele-wielding Dan Crane and Glen Martin from the L.A. quartet, who earlier this year unveiled their first EP. 7Horse [see this morning’s post] is the new cosmic country/blues project from Joie Calio and Phil Leavitt of the band Dada. Frankel, the musical vehicle for songwriter Michael Orendy, will perform songs from his rapturous new album “Sugar Twists Like Hurricane.” And Jack Burnside, frontman for Rabbits Rabbits Rabbits (and prior to that, Mezzanine Owls) figures to preview new material he is working on.

Admission is $5; doors at 9 p.m. Lot 1 Cafe serves beer, wine and food.
