L.A. electro-pop duo Camila Grey and Leisha Hailey, aka Uh Huh Her,  returns with a follow-up to their debut album “Common Reaction,” and based on their new official lead single the new record is worth the three-year long wait. Although we previously got a taste of the album with “Black and Blue,” the new track “Another Case” is a fine indication that the duo has taken their strengths and put them to work in order to expand their sonic soundscape. Harmonies are plumper, synths sparkle more, moody keys spiral, and drums dramatically follow suit for dark dance pop. Produced by Grey and Wendy Melvoin (Prince & the Revolution, Wendy & Lisa), “Nocturnes” is out via Plaid Records.
