Your Sunday touts:

‣ Folk singer-songwriter Laura Marling (who earned a Mercury Prize nomination for each of her two previous albums) plays the first of her two sold-out L.A. shows at Masonic Lodge. Her haunting melodies from her third album, “A Creature I Don’t Know,” will nicely complement mystique of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery grounds. (That’s a snippet of  “Night after Night” above.  Also, check out the beautiful “Sophia.”) Alessi’s Ark opens.
‣ Fellow Mercury Prize-nominated artist (for his self-titled debut in 2011) James Blake brings his popular dubstep-influenced soul music to the Music Box. He shares the bill with electronic duo Teengirl Fantasy.
Lobster Fest continues at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro with an afternoon of music, including Devon Eisenbarger (1 p.m.), Dante vs. Zombies (2), Little Ones (3), Lady Dottie & the Diamonds (4), and Berlin feat. Terri Nunn (5).
‣ Also, Adeline & the Phillistines play their goodbye-for-now show at the Satellite tonight. Adeline Danti will be returning to Boulder, Colo., so make sure to catch their last show for a while. Not only is it free but  Kennedy also supports. Dirt BirdThe World Record and Sarah Rayne take part in the sendoff show, too.
