A couple of Coachella standouts and a swarm of nice local shows on tonight’s slate:

‣ Fresh off a buzz-making performance at Coachella, British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding had a big day in L.A.: She does a quick bit at the Grove at 6 p.m. as part of the Nike-sponsored She Runs LA, then runs off to the Music Box for her headlining show.
‣ Speaking of Coachella standouts hitting town, Lauryn Hill plays the El Rey Theatre.
‣ The Ruby Friedman Orchestra rocks the Hotel Cafe.
‣ Priscilla Ahn and Willoughby team up for a night at the Satellite.
‣ Deep local bill at the Silverlake Lounge, where Handshakes, Milo Greene, Risers and Y Luv perform.
‣ And Tic Tic Boom brings its electro party to the Bootleg.
