I’ll Remember This Until: The next time I read a 2,000-word piece about how Odd Future is taking over the world. Not even a cameo by Pharrell could add juice to the L.A. phenoms’ set, which, both in energy and competency, paled in comparison to the preceding Skrillex performance. Tyler the Creator and gang seemed to be battling some audio problems; even so, there was little beyond a couple of athletic stage dives to build on the buzz the L.A. collective built with its recent appearance on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.” A year from now, will Odd Future be remembered for anything besides making “swag” a verb?
